We are currently in a position to recruit an Estates Manager (Operations) to lead our highly skilled/motivated workforce.

You should be qualified with a recognised craft certified qualification and have a recognised HNC / Degree or equivalent recognised technical qualification.

It is desirable that you have a wide range of experience in managing a multi disciplinary maintenance team within a health care environment and hold key health care qualifications in line with the present Health Technical Memoranda. Knowledge of PFI run buildings would be advantageous also the use of CAFM, BEMS systems and the ability to set up and manage PPMs and to ensure the Trust is kept compliant with all Statutory Compliance requirements these being recorded and evidenced in PAM.

A clean full driving licence is essential. This position requires a great deal of flexibility so the need to have your own transport is essential to be able to manage the large property portfolio the Trust owns.

The successful applicant may be required to join our emergency cover rota after a probationary period, which may involve working unsocial hours on occasions.
