Are you a registered nurse who is committed, compassionate and caring with a passion for delivering patient-centred care to an extremely complex patient group, then this ward is the one for you!

The ward has Specialist signage systems, icons and symbols, appropriate flooring, a long corridor with handrails, supervised welcoming reception area and a large social area that enables a calm, caring and homely environment
Main duties of the job
The ward also boasts in its nature themed décor, equipment’s, Artwork and more specifically the introduction of intelligent LED specialist light system, which is first in the country, that correlates with an individual’s circadian rhythm, and is evidenced to have a positive impact, on the patients under our care.
Additionally the team works closely with the Dementia Specialist nurse to plan and provide an individual approach to supporting our patients' individual needs.
Whilst this can be a challenging environment it is could also be one that provides us with a strong sense of job satisfaction and pride in caring for the growing vulnerable patient group of our society; which the C5 team is passionate about.
We are hence seeking to recruit 'enthusiastic' and 'motivated' Band 5 staff nurses who are likewise passionate in creating a positive impact on the care that we provide for our patients and their carer’s.
