Job overview

We are offering you the opportunity to join our nursing team as a Band 4 Nursing Associate on our 47 bedded Older Persons Rapid Assessment/ Older Persons Unit (OPRA/OPU). We specialize in frailty and aim to give a holistic rounded approach to caring for older people. 

Main duties of the job

 Calling all Trainee Nursing Associates who qualify at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust June 2020, or external Trainee Nursing Associates about to qualify in 2020, or current Registered Nursing Associates. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and creative individuals who can be a role model to junior staff and demonstrate the Trust’s values.
