Bank Staff Nurse
We are looking for Experienced Registered General Nurses to join our Staff Bank at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust.
We require committed, motivated and reliable individuals to expand our growing team of Registered Staff Nurses to support in the delivery of Safe, Personal and Effective care and support to our patients and their families.

Main duties of the job
Whilst working on Bank, you will be responsible for the implementation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care and/or the implementation and evaluation of these programmes. Carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision and demonstrate procedures to and supervise qualified and/or unqualified staff.
